Wrong Size?
No worries! Canary B Active will happily exchange your items for a different size if returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of sending the items back to us.
Not Absolutely in Love with Your New Canary B Active Item?
If you’re not completely satisfied with the item, you may return it for a store credit or exchange it for a different product of the same value. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items. Store credit will be provided once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
Returns for Faulty Items
If your item is faulty or not of acceptable quality, we will happily provide a full refund or store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase (Terms & Conditions apply—see below).

Canary B Active Terms and Conditions for Item Exchange / Return
Thank you for shopping with Canary B Active. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review our terms and conditions below:
General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
• All items must have the original tags attached, be in their original packaging, and include the Tax Invoice provided. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition (no odors, stains, signs of wear, etc.).
• All returns are subject to thorough inspection before any action is taken. Items not meeting these conditions will not qualify for an exchange or return.
• Items covered in animal or human hair, or found in poor condition, will not be accepted. These items can only be returned to the customer if the return postage fee is paid.
• Items in the ‘Sale Items’ category are final clearance and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please double-check sizing before purchasing, as no credit notes will be issued for these items.
Return Processing Time
• Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed. Tracking updates may indicate delivery, but please allow processing time before contacting us.
• Until Canary B Active acknowledges receipt of the return at our warehouse, the returned parcel remains the customer’s responsibility. Please retain all postage receipts and tracking information for your records.
Return Instructions
1. Go to the Returns page or login page on our store to request a return.
2. Log in to your account: Enter your email in the Email field and click Continue.
3. Open the verification code email sent by our store, copy the six-digit code, and enter it on the store’s site.
4. Select the items to be returned, indicate the reason, and add any notes for the store.
5. Click “Request Return.”
For account login, please visit our website’s customer login page. If the return request is not processed as above, refunds may take longer than 7 business days to process.
International Returns
• International customers are responsible for covering all return and reshipment costs. Canary B Active is not liable for any courier charges.
Faulty Items
If you’ve received a defective item, please contact us immediately and include:
• Your order number/Tax Invoice
• Details of the damaged item(s)
• A description and photographic evidence of the damage
For parcels arriving damaged, please retain photographic evidence of the packaging and item upon delivery. All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 14 working days of delivery.
Important Notes
• Proof of damage must be verified by our support team before we can issue a refund, credit, or exchange. Please do not return any damaged items unless instructed by our team, as this may slow down the resolution process.
• If any returned item breaches these terms, we reserve the right to return the item to you in its original condition upon receipt.
