At Canary B Active, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Here's our Returns & Exchanges Policy to ensure your satisfaction:
Wrong Size or Color? We're happy to exchange your item/s for a different size or color if returned within 14 days of purchase.
Not Loving Your New Canary B Active Item? If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have options:
- Return it in exchange for a store credit.
- Exchange it for a different product of the same value.
Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items; instead, we provide store credit once your return item/s are received at our warehouse.
Faulty Item or Quality Issue? If your item is faulty or doesn't meet merchandisable quality standards, we'll gladly offer a full refund or store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase (Terms & Conditions Apply – See Below).
Terms and Conditions Regarding Returns & Exchanges:
- Ensure all items have the tags attached and are returned in the original packaging with the Tax Invoice within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with no distinct odors, blemishes, or signs of wear.
- All items undergo a thorough inspection before processing any action.
- We can't accept exchanges if the garments are not in original condition.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- Sale Items are final clearance and cannot be returned.
Important Notes:
- Returns may take up to 7 days to process.
- The returned parcel is your responsibility until we acknowledge its receipt in our warehouse.
- Send reason for return emails within 2 working days after receiving the goods to returns@canarybactive.com.au.
- If not processed as per above instructions, refunds may take longer than 7 business days.
How to Arrange an Exchange:
- Contact us at returns@canarybactive.com.au to state your preference (refund or exchange).
- Purchase an Australia Post satchel and provide them with our RETURN SLIP.
- Place the item/s to return/exchange in the satchel.
- Canary B Active will cover the cost of the returned items by activating this return slip.
- Give the parcel and RETURN slip to Australia Post and retain the tracking number provided.
Note on International Returns: For international returns, the customer covers the return costs and any reshipping costs. We are not couriers and cannot be held responsible for their services.
Faulty Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number, details of the damaged item, and photographic evidence. Claims for damaged parcels must be made within 14 working days of delivery. We'll swiftly rectify the issue once we have the necessary information.
Please do not return damaged goods without our guidance, as it may delay resolution. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll work diligently to ensure a quick and satisfactory solution.
If any returned item breaches the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return it to you in the same condition upon receipt.
