Canary B Active partners with Australia Post to calculate shipping costs based on item weight. We're delighted to offer FREE EXPRESS delivery for orders exceeding $150AUD. Rest assured, we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before 5pm AEST. Orders received after 5pm will be sent within 24 hours on any business day (Monday to Friday).
Kindly note that our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Shipments to Australian PO Boxes will be expertly handled by Australia Post.
Once your package is dispatched by our logistics team, you should receive a TRACKING NUMBER via email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your "Junk Mail" folder.
**International Shipping**
For international orders, we dispatch via Aus Post International or DHL Express if chosen and paid by the customer. Estimated delivery times are provided during the shipping cost calculation, depending on your geographic location. We're committed to sending all international orders within 24 hours of placement.
